Sakib Ahmad frames that sell the story.

Ten years behind the camera, now pointing it at ambitious new businesses — cinematic brand videos and scroll-stopping social content, shot with the discipline of narrative work.

Scene 01

Selected work

A short, deliberate cut. Every frame here was composed, lit, and graded — not just captured.

Scene 02

Built for the feed

Cinema-grade craft, cut vertical. Short-form work made for the platforms where new businesses grow.

What I shoot

Three ways to work together — from a single spot to a full launch package.

01 — Craft

Cinematography

Direction of photography for brand videos, commercials, and narrative projects. Lighting, lensing, and movement designed around the story — not around the gear.

02 — Growth

Social content for new businesses

Launch videos, product spots, and founder stories cut for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Cinematic enough to build a brand, fast enough to feed an algorithm.

03 — Finish

Edit & color

Post-production that protects the footage. Editorial, sound polish, and a final grade so every deliverable leaves looking like it cost more than it did.

Scene 04 — The operator

A decade of looking through the lens.

I'm Sakib — a Brooklyn-based cinematographer with over ten years behind the camera. I came up shooting everything I could get my hands on, and what stuck was a simple belief: the frame is the message. Light it honestly, move it with intention, and people feel the difference even if they can't name it.

These days I bring that discipline to new businesses. A launch deserves more than a phone clip and a preset — it deserves cinema. Whether it's a ninety-second brand video or a fifteen-second spot, I shoot it like it matters. Because for a new business, it does.
